REWARD POINTS: MINK likes to reward you for your patronage. Every time you shop with us you earn points towards free services. Points are earned on all purchases including products, services and vouchers. Points are displayed at the bottom of your receipts and expire on October 31 every year.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: For your convenience our beautifully boxed gift certificates are available for all treatments and products. We happily accommodate special requests, budgets and corporate orders. Payment can be made over the phone and the voucher sent to you or the recipient. Gift certificates are like cash, please keep them safe. Certificate must be presented upon redemption.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask for 24 hours notice so we can accommodate another MINK client.

ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive 10 minutes early to your scheduled Facial or Body treatment appointment. If you are running late, we appreciate a courtesy call; however please understand that your treatment time may need to be shortened out of consideration for other guests.

PRIVACY: Our highly trained beauty therapists respect your privacy at all times. We practice the art of towel draping, covering all parts of the body not being treated. However, please let our therapists know if you feel uncomfortable at any time during your treatment.
